I received this photo today. Is of an 'in car' meter . Its manufactured by "iPark" and a 1000 of them are in use in Miami Beach. Read more about them in PT March…I just thought I would share the picture in advance…it really tells a story – Miami Beach, the in car meter, its location. Good Art.
