By the way, I made no comment on the city's side of this deal. Actually if you think about it, it's a good one, as one commenter on my original post below mentioned. They got a ton of money up front, have no risk, and no concern that in 75 years we are all "beaming" from place to place and parking goes the way of the dodo.
