Our wonderful Frenchie, Scarlett Ambroziak, denizen of deepest Strasbourg and frequent poster on Parking Today's Facebook page, came up with a question. What does this picture mean? Scarlett tells me she is involved with PT's Facebook so she can better her English skills, but in this case, she is right on the money.
